Organisation Support

A charitable organisation, with the mission statement "Connecting, Informing, and Supporting the Community and Voluntary sector of Southland”. We provide permanent, safe, Office Space to Tenant groups, Photocopying at low cost to these and to other Southland organisations, Meeting Room hire to regular customers plus our Tenants, and many other services relevant to the Community Sector.

Following a hui held in April hosted by Southland Community Law Centre and facilitated by Community Networks Aotearoa, it was suggested that it would be useful to highlight who the various social sector networks operating in Murihiku are and their roles. The specific focus was on the Fiordland Interagency Forum, Community Networking Trust Eastern Southland, Southland Interagency Forum, Citizens Advice Bureau and Connected Murihiku. This document was created by Connected Murihiku and approved by the various organisations.
